Local man determined to overcome Afghan IED blast

Cpl. Kevin Flynn, flanked by mom Gail Miller and step-dad Wayne Miller, is determined to snap back from serious injuries suffered from an IED mine in Afghanistan last month. Flynn, a Broadneck High graduate who grew up in Arnold, is recovering at Walter Reed Army Medical Center.
