Straight from the “Really?” Department of General Assembly bills is a proposal from Sen. Lisa Gladden, D-Baltimore City, to require an official photograph of the President of the United States displayed in a “prominent location” in state buildings and public schools.

I can’t help but notice this legislation has been put forward by a Democrat right after a Democrat took office. Odds are Democrats aren’t going to hold onto that office forever.
