Bowie High football team beats Roosevelt!

I could not be any prouder of the Bowie High varsity football team for their 19-8 win over rival Eleanor Roosevelt High School yesterday. The Bulldogs are 3-4 with two straight wins; ERHS is 5-2.
Head coach Lionel Macklin took over play calling a few weeks ago and has now won 3 games since the transition. In his first season as head coach, the former Seattle Seahawks wide receiver (a teammate of Jim Zorn) has already equaled the number of wins from last year's 3-7 campaign!
Congrats, guys! Beating Roosevelt for the first time in 5 years is special! FEAR THE BULLDOGS!!!

WIN - 2009-10-21
JV Bowie Bulldogs won their game against Roosevelt 48-0. Those boys are awesome and never get any credit for their winnings. Good job guys.
