OK to drive in Annapolis

It seems as though the whole world is shut down today, but if you have to go to work -- and if your commute involves driving on roads in the City of Annapolis -- you're OK to drive today.
Annapolis Mayor Joshua Cohen is lifting the ban on driving in the city at 6 a.m. Monday. All weekend, most driving was prohibited within city limits. At first, only plows and emergency vehicles were allowed, but then four-wheel-drive vehicles were allowed on Sunday.
Still, the mayor wants people to avoid driving if at all possible. And in a press release, the city offered this warning, and yes, it was written in all capital letters:
"Please note: IT IS EXPECTED TO TAKE AT LEAST FIVE DAYS TO MAKE ALL CITY ROUTES PASSABLE."
