Four Mids Make All-Independent

Four Navy football players made the All-Independent team that is selected by Phil Steele. Center Brady DeMell, defensive end Jabaree Tuani, inside linebacker Matt Warrick and safety-linebacker Tra'ves Bush were all honored.

Mids Land Four On Phil Steele’s All-Independent First-Team
ANNAPOLIS, Md.—Navy landed four players on Phil Steele’s 2011 All-Independent First-Team. Senior center Brady DeMell was the only offensive player selected, while senior defensive end Jabaree Tuani, junior linebacker Matt Warrick and junior safety/outside linebacker Tra’ves Bush were selected from the defense.
Senior fullback Alexander Teich, senior guard John Dowd, senior tackle Ryan Basford, senior safety Kwesi Mitchell, senior kicker Jon Teague and sophomore kick returner Marcus Thomas were all selected to the second team.
