Gunn has new accomplice on show
Tim Gunn will "make it work" for the second season of his reality show with a new fashion accomplice by his side.

Fashion expert, personal stylist and salon / spa owner Gretta Monahan will join the "Project Runway" mentor for the upcoming season of Bravo's "Tim Gunn's Guide to Style." She replaces model Veronica Webb who aided Mr. Gunn in his freshman season.

"I've been a fan of Gretta's for awhile now - she's on the edge of fashion with a fresh approach that resonates well with all types of women," says Mr. Gunn. "I'm thrilled to have her as my fashion accomplice."

'Bachelor' splits up with Marla Maples

Lt. Andy Baldwin, star of "The Bachelor: Officer and a Gentleman," must continue his quest for true love.

The Navy doctor and his girlfriend Marla Maples have split due to his recent move to Washington, D.C., reports Usmagazine.com.

"The big move coupled with the long distance relationship wasn't working for us so I decided we were better off as friends," Mr. Baldwin, 31, says.

In D.C., he will work as an advocate for Navy Medicine.

Adkins records song for TV series

NASHVILLE, Tenn. - Trace Adkins, a former oil roughneck, has written and recorded a song called "Black Gold" that will open an upcoming truTV series of the same name.

The show, which premieres 10 p.m. June 18, follows three drilling crews in their quest for oil in West Texas.

Pawn shop has singer's stolen stuff

DETROIT - Callin' out to Martha Reeves: "Come and get these memories!"

An east-side Detroit pawn shop says it has some of the recording equipment reported stolen from Ms. Reeves, the city councilman and former Motown star.

"It came in last week," said Sherry Lipin of Al's Jewelry and Loan on Gratiot. "It's a couple of microphones and some big piece of electronic something - and it has her name on it."

Ms. Reeves said she was calling the shop and having her brother pick up the equipment. She revised the value at $100,000, down from her initial $1-million estimate, which she said was her snap-judgment reaction because of the emotional worth of the items.

Whoopi will host Tony Awards

Whoopi Goldberg will host the 62rd annual Tony Awards on June 15, which CBS will telecast.

"I'm very excited to be hosting the Tony Awards," said the "View" cohost. "I love Broadway and I'm thrilled to be doing anything for the first time. I'm going to have a blast."
