RN from an accredited institution required; BSN preferred. MD license required. Two years of recent nursing experience, preferably with medical/sur-gical area. Demonstrated understanding of, and concurrence with, hospice philosophy of palliative care. Excellent customer serv - ices philosophy and skills. Effective com - puter skills required; some knowledge of Allscripts very helpful. Hospice experience a plus.

P/T SOCIAL WORKER

Part time (32 hrs/week) position. Master Social Work degree from an accredited educational institution required. LGSW required; LCSW-C preferred. Minimum of two years of recent experience, prefera-bly for completing psycho-social assess-ment for patients/families and assessing needs. Provides coordination and com-munication with other members of the interdisciplinary team. Demonstrated excellence in customer service philosophyand delivery. Basic computer skills; good oral/written communication skills. Understanding of, and concurrence with, hospice philosophy of palliative care.

Duties and Responsibilities

The Financial Services Coordinator reads, interprets, and implements complex financial and accounting concepts, or techniques for financial planning and control, by performing the following:

- Work with Business unit Leaders to provide financial and business analysis support
- Support all aspects of contracts from proposal development through close out
- Prepare cost proposals, monthly projections, budgeting for contracts, and contract lifecycle
- Development and monitoring of monthly contract projections relating to existing contractual activities to ensure contractual compliance
- Work with contract managers to develop full contract cost/spending analysis for the full life on the contract

Skills

- Working knowledge of Excel required; DelTek a plus
- Strong knowledge of financial accounting, analytics, operations, statements, and cost/price analysis
- Ability to apply advanced mathematical concepts such as frequency distribution, determination of test reliability and validity, analysis of variance, correlation techniques, sampling theory, and factor analysis

Requirements

- Bachelor?s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business
- Five (5) years of progressively responsible business and/or government contracting/cost accounting experience required OR equivalent combination of education and experience
