The Episcopal Church Women of St. Martin's-in-the-Field, 375 Benfield Road, Severna Park, will sponsor their annual Christmas Bazaar on Saturday, December 5, 2009, from 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.Candles, wreaths, jewelry, wood crafts, flower arrangements, croqueted items, home goods, etc. The crafts this year are better than ever. Holiday gifts for the whole family!
African jewelry, and carvings will be sold to benefit AIDS orphans in Africa.
The annual White Elephant Sale is back too. Most of the groups in the parish are involved: the women will sell their traditional candy wreaths, boxwood trees, and fresh greens, the Altar Guild will sell baked goods, the high school youth will serve lunch, the Boy Scouts direct parking, and the men add much needed muscle for setup and cleanup, etc.
