AHNI: New Energy
A Solo Art Show

Annapolis, MD -- AHNI: New Energy opens on Friday, November 6, 2009 at Maryland Hall for the Creative Arts in the Chaney Gallery. The show, which runs through December 16, 2009, will feature AHNI, a well-known clothing artist and designer’s paintings, prints and photography. An opening reception, held from 5:00 to 7:00 PM on November 6, will include an artist talk at 5:00 PM, light refreshments, a chance to view AHNI’s art and converse with the talented artist about her work.
AHNI uses a variety of unusual mixed media such as gouache and spray paints with pastels and oil paints to create her inspirational and often, spiritual pieces. Her work includes abstracts and portraits of women.
