Heritage Harbour flies the Stars and Stripes

Don App adjusts the flag flying outside a home on Shipmaster Court in Heritage Harbour. App, a Coast Guard veteran, along with 15 of his neighbors flies the American flag - all the time - as a show of patriotism.
