This is a compilation of three tapes provided by Anne Arundel Police and Fire departments. The tapes are at the center of a wrongful death lawsuit blaming 911 operators for the death of a woman. There is some repetition between the first and second segments. |

Annapolis Mayor Josh Cohen announced three cabinet level appointments Thursday. Mike Mallinoff, director of the Department of Neighborhoods and Environmental Programs, was names acting city manager. Additionally, Chief Administrative Officer Doug Smith will become the special assistant for development, a new position. Also Kevin Simmons, a former assistant fire chief in Howard County, will become the director of the Office of Emergency Management. |
