Well if he keeps it up the way he has kept up the Country Club the residents are in for a long trashy looking development! This guy is one of those "rich" people who only believes in sucking the money from the people and never does anything to improve the condition of his property....take a ride by the Crofton Country Club and you will see what I mean: trashy and in disrepair! A horrible site for such a nice community to live with, so sad!
