This past month I have been on the road a fair amount and I just have to tell you about a trek to Baltimore that took me to the Schuler School of Fine Arts. This school was founded in 1959 by Hans Schuler, a Baltimore monument maker and director of the Maryland Institute College of Art; his wife, Ann Didusch Schuler; and Jacques Maroger, a former director of the Laboratory of the Louvre in Paris, whose life's mission was to rediscover the materials of the Old European Masters.

The Gallery column - 2011-04-04 14:05:13

I enjoy this column and would like to link to it from The Annapolis Gallery Association Face Book page. Most readers interested in art and deciding whether to go see an exhibit want to see the art images in the Slide Show to determine what shows to attend. The art Slide Show is difficult to locate on the site. Could you put a link to it at the top or bottom of this column?

Thank you! Cynthia
