Navy's club lacrosse team has been on the cusp of winning a national championship in recent seasons, having been eliminated in the semifinals the past two seasons. The Midshipmen finally broke through in a big way this spring.
Senior midfielder Will Comiskey led the way as Navy captured the National College Lacrosse League national championship last weekend. Comiskey was named tournament Most Valuable Player after the Midshipmen won three games over two days to take the title.
