The folks over at the Department of Natural Resources are getting serious when it comes to drumming up interest in their Diamond Jim fishing contest.
Seriously funny, that is.
The DNR communications staff sent out a news release last week identifying Diamond Jim as a wanted subject in need of capture.
Diamond Jim, they say in their wanted poster, was born in 2004 in the Chesapeake Bay....
