Water safety festival at Sandy Point

A Kids K.N.O.W. Water Safety Festival will be held from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. May 7 at Sandy Point State Park, Route 50 near the Chesapeake Bay Bridge, sponsored by the state Department of Natural Resources Police. Children, parents and caregivers are welcome to participate in the day's activities and learn water safety principles.
