About four years ago, Larry Ray envisioned building a complex to provide Pasadena residents with one-stop-shopping for their health and wellness needs. After spending the interim surveying community health needs; acquiring an 8.5-acre site at the intersection of Route 100 and Magothy Beach Road; drawing up plans; and seeking out partner businesses, the of owner of Big Vanilla athletic club in Arnold expects to open part of The Chesapeake Health Park by the end of the year.
