Three new leaders have been selected at the Anne Arundel Tech Council. John Etgen, director of business development for the National Security Solution Group with L3 Titan Corp. in Annapolis Junction, and Richard Perrin, president of Annapolis-based AdvanTech, will serve on the Board of Directors through November 2006. The two members take over vacant positions on the board.
