Parole partnership to develop new power plants

The Annapolis area will soon become the center of an effort by two energy companies to resurrect nuclear power in the United States.

Two months after President Bush signed a new energy policy into law, Constellation Energy Group and Areva Inc. of Bethesda have formed a new partnership to be headquartered in Parole that will develop, license, build and operate a new fleet of nuclear plants.
