Once completed in late 2007, the mall in Parole would nudge aside Arundel Mills in Hanover as the biggest shopping center in the county at 1.5 million square feet.
The latest details were unveiled to members of the Annapolis and Anne Arundel County Chamber of Commerce at a reception Thursday night, six months after the county approved plans for a 300,000-square-foot development.
