Bread chain adds new county link PAROLE -- After years of looking for just the right spot, Panera Bread is coming to the Annapolis area. Lemek LLC, the Panera Bread franchiser for Maryland, has signed a lease with Trammel Crow for a fourth county location at the Festival at Riva, taking over the space recently vacated by the Ground Round. After some significant renovations, the cafe should open by this summer. It's the end of a lengthy search for a location in the area.
