NPV Direct Invest, a real estate investment firm, recently purchased 116 Defense Highway for $16.4 million. The company said the move is intended as an investment. The building consists of 80,000 square feet of office space. David Michael, Gary Michael, Lance Schwarz and Andy Mayr, of Lanham-based NAI Michael Commercial Real Estate Services, brokered the deal.
