CB Richard Ellis Real Estate Services Inc., the shopping center's property manager, said Caffe Pronto Coffee Roastery, California Tortilla and Bay Cleaners are set to open their doors soon, while Liberty Tax Service/Edsel M. Brown Jr. Advisors opened last week.
