As the real estate market cooled, developers shifted their attention to rental projects. But as housing costs in Annapolis still remain near all-time highs, rental rates are following suit. Still, renters are setting move-in dates in a city quickly becoming one of the priciest and most amenity-rich rental markets in the country.
