The $15 million Severna Park Market Center development on Ritchie Highway is set to open this spring, with deals signed by several Annapolis-area businesses planning to launch new locations. Construction of the 31,270-square-foot retail and office project should wrap up in March, months after developers began signing leases. The local tenants include: CommerceFirst, a business bank with branches in Annapolis and Glen Burnie, will open its fifth branch at the center in a 1,500-square-foot space.
