Eric Schlesinger, an employee of the Annapolis-based tech firm USi since 2000, said his company approaches teamwork like a "lean mean fighting machine."
"I think our culture is like a big family … where everyone works together to solve our problems," said the vice president of operations and infrastructure.
Hard work by Mr. Schlesinger and other workers doesn't go unnoticed.
Each quarter, the company selects employees for its Core Value reward given to those who demonstrate the principles of USi's corporate culture: Client First, Integrity, Teamwork and Leadership.
