Annapolis' steakhouses have long served as a venue for business owners and lawmakers to wine and dine and now they'll have two more upscale places to strike the big deal. Morton's Steakhouse held a grand opening last week for its 76th restaurant at the luxury Park Place development on inner West Street, offering a dimly lit ambiance, mahogany wood decor and $45 Porterhouse steaks, one of the most expensive in town.
