Long and Foster Real Estate Inc. recently has launched a database of all foreclosed properties available in areas covered by the Metropolitan Regional Information Service and Central Virginia Regional Multiple Listing Service, LLC.
There are about 2,500 single-family homes, townhouses and condominiums available for viewing on www.foreclosures.longandfoster.com. Brenda Shipplett, president and CEO of The Long and Foster Cos., said the goal was to consolidate typically hard-to-find information.
