Tate BMW/Mini of Annapolis was sold earlier this month to Group 1 Automotive, a Houston-based company that owns a string of auto dealerships in the U.S. and United Kingdom. The dealership will continue to operate at its current location just off of Route 50, though it will do so without the Tate name - simply as BMW/Mini of Annapolis. According to a statement issued by Group 1, the dealership is expected to generate $73 million in annual revenue.
