Foreclosure is like a nightmare & it is something that can happen to anybody. First thing that comes to your mind is 'where am I going to live if my house is foreclosed' & you feel so unsecured that one loses all hopes in life. But this when one should to be optimistic & look for other options which can help you to prevent foreclosure. There are several options to get you out of foreclosure and protect your credit history. Loan Modification, Forbearance Agreement, Deed in Lieu and a short sale are some of the techniques used to save your home.
