The number of Anne Arundel County homes sold in June fell 29 percent compared to June 2007, marking the sixth straight month of double-digit drops, according to Metropolitan Regional Information Systems Inc.
However, home prices didn't budge much. The median sale price for a county home stood at $339,000 in June, the same price as May. Last month's median price, however, is a 5.8-percent drop from $359,900 in June 2007.
