Antique boat repair shop moves to Sarles BoatyardPublished 08/03/08
An Annapolis business that restores antique wooden boats moved to the city's oldest boatyard last week.

Dave Hannam, shop manager of Annapolis Classic Watercraft, and Bill Donahue, company owner, stand by the boat rails at the company’s new home at Sarles Boatyard and Marina.Annapolis Classic Watercraft LLC signed a three-year lease last month to occupy about 3,700 square feet at Sarles Boatyard and Marina, an Eastport fixture for more than a century. The company has been restoring and selling old boats from the David Taylor Research Center on the Broadneck Peninsula since 2006.
