Hamilton Ventures recently selected Donald "Skip" Conover as its International Entrepreneur of the Year. This is the first time the company has given the award, according to a release. Mr. Conover of Annapolis is a founder and former vice chairman of C-Bay Systems, a medical record services company based in Anne Arundel that operates in India and went public in 2007. He also is chairman of Bhavana Developers Pvt. Ltd., a real estate development company that operates in India and Saudi Arabia.
