Mr. Morrison is responsible for administering the bank's loan-review process, maintaining Severn's loan-loss reserve and participating in the bank's real-estate-owned process.
With more than 30 years in the industry, Mr. Morrison was previously with BB&T and has been with Severn Bank for three years, according to a release.
