Misleading Info on foreclosures - 2009-05-31 10:51:33

I cant believe that you wrote this story, but failed to mention or research that the foreclosure laws were changed on April 4, 2008. So NO NEW CASES COULD BE FILED AFTER THIS DATE! The new law will also affect the May & June numbers. The 70 cases were filed in April in a rush to be docketed before the new emergency law was signed. The new law had requirements that obviously were not done prior, so it created a stoppage of all foreclosure fillings for atleast 60 days.
