Annapolis - The leader of one of the state's largest employers has taken the reins of Anne Arundel Medical Center Foundation's fundraising campaign.
John M. Belcher of Edgewater, chairman and chief executive officer of Parole-based ARINC, will lead the Care Like No Other campaign, the largest and most ambitious effort in the hospital's 107-year history.
The $44 million campaign is intended to support the AAMC Vision 2010 expansion projects.
