ANNAPOLIS - Nacon Consulting LLC, an Annapolis veteran-owned firm that develops virtual training products and services, is part of a joint venture chosen for an information technology contract valued at $15 billion.
Nacon, on Third Street, is part of a venture called SBD Alliant LLC.
The partnership is composed of 15 small businesses with a combined workforce of more than 1,000 information technology professionals, according to a release.
