Annapolis - First-time homebuyers classes will be held from 6 to 8 p.m. Wednesdays at the Community Action Agency, 251 West St., Annapolis.
The sessions are: Advantages of Homeownership, Wednesday; Credit Review/Pre-qualification, Oct. 14; Obtaining a Mortgage, Home Selection/Writing a Contract, Oct. 21; Closing/Post-Purchase Counseling, Oct. 28.
Cost is $25 per family or household and Federal Housing Authority completion certificates will be issued on the last night.
