Morgan tapped for Fed. Reserve BankRICHMOND, Va. - Rick Morgan, president and chief executive officer of CommerceFirst Bank in Annapolis, has been appointed as a director of the Fifth District Federal Reserve Bank of Richmond. The Fifth District Member Banks elected Morgan to serve a three-year term beginning Jan. 1, as a class "A" director, according to a release.
