Maryland "Main Street" communities are getting a promotional boost from the state this holiday season.
The state's Department of Housing and Community Development's "Magic of Main Street" brochure will feature discounts at area restaurants and promotions at locally owned shops in Annapolis and 22 other Main Street towns across the state. To redeem discounts, consumers must present a copy of the brochure to participating retailers.
