Valentine's Day is long in winter's past now, but about 75 business owners across Annapolis think they've conjured up another reason for consumers to bust out their wallets for sexy lingerie, jewelry, romantic dinners and cruises.

The romantic-themed promotion, including the combined efforts of 75 participating restaurants, stores and services, was the brainchild of Zachary’s Jewelers owner Steve Samaras.
