During the month, 556 homes sold after spending an average of 106 days on the market. A year ago, 483 homes sold during June after spending an average of 124 days under a for-sale sign.
The median price also rose, climbing 4.8 percent countywide to reach $325,000. That's better than May, when the median price of $273,246 represented an 8.9 percent drop over the course of the year.
