J. Linda Williams has been to 15 Jimmy Buffet concerts and visited more than 300 lighthouses around the world. For 46 seasons, she's cheered the Redskins from every point in two local stadiums, from the nosebleed section of her youth, to her current hard-earned season ticket, to a seat in the eighth row on the 25-yard line.
