With Annapolis' reputation of being a boating kind of town, most vessels moored in the harbor don't get a second glance - unless they're nearly a football field long and packing a teal helicopter on the back. Like something out of "Lifestyles of the Rich and Famous," or a Diddy video, The Floridian, which has been stationed near the mouth of the Severn River since Saturday, has been catching plenty of looks from passersby on water and land.
