14-year-old completes quick ascent to rank of Eagle ScoutPublished 01/26/07
Annapolis High School sophomore Robert Andrew Morris recently achieved Boy Scouting's highest achievement, Eagle Scout. It's an honor achieved by only a small number of Scouts - less than 5 percent. At his subsequent Court of Honor the 14-year-old Eagle Scout devoted his acceptance speech to the many supporters and Scout leaders who helped him along the path, beginning with a reflection on his first Cub Scoutmaster and mentor, the late Marine Capt.
