When Ana Wahba moved to Annapolis more than five years ago, she was shocked to find that many children don't start learning foreign languages until middle school. She's out to change that with the Spanish Language Center. Designed to help children ages 5 to 10, the center in Georgetown Plaza in Annapolis goes by the "aprender jugando" philosophy - learn while playing. And that philosophy is evident from room to room. Soft Spanish music plays and brightly colored flash cards and puzzles are spread across table after table.
