From its humble beginnings, seating only 30 people when it opened in 1989, to the addition of the city's first microbrewery - the Beraplan copper-clad brewhouse vats in 1995 - the Rams Head has been a focal point downtown and has emerged as the epitome of the burgeoning inner West Street corridor.
But now those beer vats capable of producing 77,500 gallons of the frothy brew each year will be moved out in an attempt to expand the seating and dining areas...
