The Bluenose II, a tall ship from Annapolis Royal, Annapolis’ Canadian sister city, is set to sail into City Dock at 9 a.m. Thursday.
It will be greeted by a City Dock area festooned with Nova Scotian flags.
Dignitaries from Annapolis Royal, a sister city, along with musicians and others from the Canadian province, will arrive aboard the Bluenose II as part of the "Windship & Kinship" exchange program between the cities.
