AAMC doctor, son killed in crashPublished 03/17/08
The local medical community is mourning the death of a Potomac cardiologist who was killed in a plane crash along with his son Friday.

Dr. Hector Collision was killed in a plane crash on Friday. His son also died.
Dr. Hector Collison, 54, who practiced at several hospitals including Anne Arundel Medical Center, and his 15-year-old son, Sean, were killed after their single-engine plane crashed in Front Royal, Va. Dr. Collison had gone there to pick up Sean and planned to fly back to the area, friends said. The cause of the crash is unknown.
Word of his death spread this weekend. At AAMC's annual gala at Baltimore's Inner Harbor on Saturday, the staff took a moment of silence for the Collison...

My husband and I were priviledged to have had him as our doctor and as our friend.
We are praying for his wife and family during this most difficult time! We are also praying for his office staff, with whom we have become friends. Pastor Little and
