It's been three years since residents of Annapolis' Glenwood high-rise have been able to look out their windows without seeing a monstrous sinkhole in the parking lot. But finally the sinkhole some feared would eventually engulf the building, and a second that formed in November, is going to get fixed with the help of the federal government.
